Front Fuel Vapor Line

REMOVAL

Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

Disconnect the front quick coupling (1) of the intermediate fuel vapor line.
Disconnect the quick coupling (2) of the front fuel vapor line, on solenoid valve side.
Open the clip (3) and disengage the front fuel vapor line.

Open the clips (1) and disengage the front fuel vapor line.

Remove the corrugated sleeve (1) from the cold air intake.

Disconnect the by-pass solenoid valve wire harness connector (1).

Open the retaining clip (1a), disconnect the quick coupling (1b) and remove the front fuel vapor line (1c).

INSTALLATION

Install the front fuel vapor line, connect the rapid connector and close the intermediate retaining clips.
Connect the by-pass solenoid valve wire harness connector.
Install the corrugated sleeve in its housing and connect it to the cold air intake.
Connect the quick coupling of the front fuel vapor line, solenoid valve side.
Connect the front quick coupling of the intermediate fuel vapor pipe.
Connect the negative battery cable.
