Left Fuel Vapor Line

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Remove the nuts (1a) and disengage the fuel vapors solenoid valve mounting bracket (1b).

3. Disconnect the quick coupling (1a) of the line between the fuel vapors solenoid valve and the left intake manifold, complete with O-ring (1b).

4. Remove the corrugated sleeve (1) from the cold air intake.

5. Open the retaining clip (1a), disconnect the quick coupling (1b) and remove the line between the fuel vapors solenoid valve and the left intake manifold (1c).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the quick coupling O-ring on the fuel vapors solenoid valve side.
2. Install the line between the fuel vapors solenoid valve and the left intake manifold, connect the quick connectors and close the retaining clip.
3. Install the corrugated sleeve in its housing and connect it to the cold air intake.
4. Install the solenoid valve mounting bracket and securely tighten the nuts.
5. Install the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
