Right Side

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the evaporative emission purge solenoid wire harness connector (1).
3. Remove the bolts (2) and the evaporative emission purge solenoid mounting bracket.
4. Disconnect the quick coupling of the fuel vapor supply tube (3).
5. Disconnect the quick coupling of the fuel vapor supply tube (4).

6. Release the clips and disconnect the fuel vapor delivery tube to the intake manifold (1a) and remove the evaporative emission purge solenoid (1b).

7. Remove the O-ring (1) on the fuel vapor supply tube.

8. If required, disengage the evaporative emission purge solenoid (1a) from the mounting bracket (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the evaporative emission purge solenoid for the fuel vapor flow consent to the right intake manifold.
2. Using a NEW  O-ring, connect the quick connector of the fuel vapor supply pipe to the intake manifold and close the intermediate retaining clips.
3. Using a NEW  O-ring, connect the quick coupling of the fuel vapor supply pipe to the evaporative emission purge solenoid valve.
4. Connect the quick coupling of the fuel vapor supply tubes.
5. Install the bolts securing the evaporative emission purge solenoid mounting bracket and securely tighten.
6. Connect the evaporative emission purge solenoid wire harness connector.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
