When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• No active Battery voltage or ASD Relay faults.
• ASD Relay commanded on.
• The O2 Sensor Heater circuit high fault is not active.
• With the O2 Sensor Heater commanded on.
