When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• ASD Relay commanded on.
• There are no active Battery voltage or ASD Relay faults.
• The O2 Sensor Heater circuit low fault is not active.
• O2 Sensor Heater commanded on.
