When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• Ignition on.
• Engine speed via Controller Area Network (CAN) is above a calibrated value or engine speed via CAN is invalid.
• No jump start identified when:
  • System voltage is greater than a calibrated value after Transmission Control Module (TCM) startup within a calibrated amount of time.
  • Shifter position is PARK or NEUTRAL.
