This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Fuel level above 12%.
The adaptive numerator has been successfully learned.
Vehicle speed above 10km/h (6.2 mph).
Engine speed between above idle.
- Misfire monitor is disabled during a Decel Fuel Shutoff Event (DFSO).
