The heated steering wheel control (6) is next to the left front seat control (2); this is used to heat the rim of the steering wheel through a coil connected to the steering wheel module by means of the clockspring. The device is controlled by a specific control unit located under the driver's seat which controls the resistors of the seats and steering wheel. The seat and steering wheel heating circuit is controlled by a special relay and protected by a fuse box in the luggage compartment.
