Belt TENSIONER

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Remove the bolt (1a) and the belt tensioner (1b).

INSTALLATION

1. Insert pin "a" into hole "b" and install the belt tensioner.
2. Install and tighten the bolt to the proper specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS GAS ENGINE  .
3. Install the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
