Turbocharger Air Intake Tube

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Disconnect the quick couplings (1) from the turbocharger air intake tube.

3. Loosen the clamp (1) and disconnect the tube from the mass air flow meter.
4. Loosen the clamp (2) and disconnect the engine oil vapor intake pipe from the air tube.
5. Loosen the clamp (3) fixing the air intake tube to the turbocharger.
6. Disconnect the engine oil vapor outlet pipe (4a) quick coupling and remove the turbocharger air intake tube (4b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the turbocharger air intake tube and securely tighten the retaining clamps.
2. Connect the engine oil vapor outlet pipe quick coupling.
3. Connect the engine oil vapor intake pipe and close the clamp.
4. Connect the quick couplings to the turbocharger air intake tube.
5. Install the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
