Piston Oil Cooler Jet

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the oil pan and windage tray. Refer to PAN, OIL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

   NOTE:

   There are four piston oil cooler jets, one under each piston.

2. Remove the bolt (2) and the piston oil cooler jet (1).

1. Install the piston oil cooler jet (1) with the bolt (2) tightened to the proper specification Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
2. Install the windage tray and oil pan. Refer to PAN, OIL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. If removed, install the oil filter and fill the engine crankcase with the proper oil to the correct level. Refer to OIL, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
