When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

High side switch is activated.
When shifter is in PARK or NEUTRAL:
- Engine speed signal via Controller Area Network (CAN) or Input Speed Sensor signal is above a calibrated value.
When shifter is in DRIVE or REVERSE:
- Engine speed via CAN is above a calibrated value or engine speed via CAN is invalid.
