Air Outlets - Center: Installation

NOTE:

Take the proper precautions to protect the instrument panel from cosmetic damage.

  1. Position the center air outlet (2a) to the instrument panel and connect the hazard switch wiring harness connector (1).
  2. Carefully press center air outlet (2a) into place. Be certain all retaining tabs (2b) are engaged with the instrument panel.
  3. Install the switch pod. Refer to POD, SWITCH, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
