Removal And Installation: Installation

NOTE:

Take the proper precautions to protect the face of the steering column opening cover from cosmetic damage while performing this procedure.

  1. If removed, place the grille (1a) into position and attach the retainers.
  2. Connect the humidity sensor wire harness connector (2a).
  3. Position the temperature sensor (2b) and install the humidity sensor screws (2c).
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
