Low Pressure EGR Valve

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the intake bypass pipe connector to turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Disconnect the low pressure EGR valve wire harness connector (1).

3. Remove the bolts (1a) and the low pressure EGR valve (1b).
4. Remove the gasket.

INSTALLATION

1. Using a NEW  gasket, install the low pressure EGR valve (1a) and tighten the bolts (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
2. Connect the low pressure EGR valve wire harness connector.
3. Install the intake bypass pipe connector to turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
