When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• With the engine running.
• No engine speed, ECT Sensor, EOP Sensor, A/C Clutch Relay control or Radiator Fan Control circuit faults.
• Engine coolant temperature between 60°C (140°F) and 99°C (210.2°F).
• Engine speed between 700 - 900 rpm.
• Vehicle speed below 3 mph.
• A/C Compressor Clutch commanded on.
  • The PCM monitors the Radiator fan for a stuck off condition when the radiator fan speed is commanded to above 37.5% Pulse Width Modulated (PWM).
  • The PCM monitors the Radiator fan for a stuck on condition when the radiator fan speed is commanded from above 37.5% PWM to below 37.5% PWM.
