When Monitored

This diagnostic runs once per trip when the following conditions are met:

• After engine start up and the ESIM Switch did not close during a previous ignition off event that was valid. Must be a cold start and the following are true:
  • The previous engine off time was greater than 5.0 hours or the difference between the ECT and AAT inputs is less than 25°C (45°F).
  • Fuel Level between 15% and 99%.
  • Ambient temperature between 5°C and 35°C (41°F and 95°F).
  • Engine run time since start is above 1000 seconds.
  • Vehicle speed below 61.0 mph.
  • Manifold vacuum greater than a calculated minimum value.
