When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

• With the engine running.
• Engine speed between 500 - 6000 rpm.
• The Coolant Bypass Valve is commanded open.
• The Auxiliary Cooling Pump is commanded on.
• The Radiator Fan is commanded on.
