Idler Pulley

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Remove the bolt (1a) and the idler pulley (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the idler pulley and tighten the bolt to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS GAS ENGINE  .
2. Install the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
