Pressurized Coolant Bottle

REMOVAL 

1. Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM  .

2. Disconnect the degassing tube (1) from the pressurized coolant bottle.
3. Loosen the bolts (2a) and disengage the base of the pressurized coolant bottle (2b) from the rubber retaining mount.

4. Disconnect the quick-coupling (1a) and remove the pressurized coolant bottle (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Connect the quick-coupling to the pressurized coolant bottle.
2. Install the pressurized coolant bottle, engaging it in the rubber retaining mount.
3. Install and tighten the bolts securing the pressurized coolant bottle.
4. Connect the degassing tube to the pressurized coolant bottle.
5. Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM  .
6. Install the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
