Coolant Inlet Pipe To Radiator

REMOVAL 

1. Drain the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .
2. Remove the intake air tube. Refer to TUBE, INTAKE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Remove the engine coolant hose quick connector (1).

4. Release the clip (1a), remove the quick connector (1b) and the coolant tube (1c) from radiator.

INSTALLATION 

1. Position coolant tube to the radiator and secure retaining clips
2. Install the engine coolant hose quick connector.
3. Install the intake air tube. Refer to TUBE, INTAKE AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Fill the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .
