Turbocharger Air Cooling System Supplementary Radiator

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Drain the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .

3. Remove the quick connectors (1) of the coolant supply and return pipes.
4. Remove the bolts (2a) and the turbocharger air cooling system secondary radiator (2b) releasing it from the flexible mount.

5. Remove the bolts (1a) and the air manifold (1b) from the turbocharger air cooling system secondary radiator.
6. If necessary, remove the turbocharger air cooling system secondary radiator mount.

7. Remove the nuts (1) securing the additional engine turbocharger air coolant radiator system mount to the body.
8. Remove the screws (2a) and remove the additional turbocharger air cooling radiator mounting (2b).

INSTALLATION 

1. If removed, position the turbocharger air cooling system secondary radiator mount on the body.
2. Install the nut nuts and screws and securely tighten.
3. Install the air manifold onto the turbocharger air cooling secondary radiator and securely tighten the bolts.
4. Install the turbocharger air cooling system secondary radiator back in its housing, engage the elastic mount and securely tighten the bolts.
5. Install the coolant supply and return hoses quick connectors.
6. Fill the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .
7. Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
