Low Temperature Pressurized Coolant Bottle

REMOVAL 

1. Drain the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .

2. Remove the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle supply hose quick connector (1).

3. Disconnect the degassing tube (4).
4. Remove the bolt (1) and nut (2). Remove the turbocharger air cooling system supply reservoir (3).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle.
2. Install the nut and bolt that retain the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle. Tighten the bolt and nut securely.
3. Install the degassing tube.
4. Install the low temperature pressurized coolant bottle supply hose quick connector.
5. Fill the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .
