Removal And Installation: Removal

1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Protect the door corner, the area under the door and the base of the front pillar by applying adhesive tape.
3. Remove the seam sealer along the joint of the fender in the front wheel arch compartment.

4. Remove the front screws (2) attaching the fender, engine compartment side.
5. Remove the screws (1) on the upper side of the fender.

6. Open the front door.
7. Remove the screw (1) on the front pillar.

8. Remove the lower screws (1) attaching the fender.
9. Remove the nuts (2) inside the wheel arch.
10. Remove the fender (3).

INSTALLATION

1. Position the fender and fasten the screws and nuts without tightening them.
2. Check the alignment of the fender with the door and the bonnet lid.
3. Tighten the screws and nuts attaching the fender to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
4. Replace the seam sealer along the joint of the fender in the front wheel arch compartment.
5. Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
