Removal And Installation: Removal

Remove the 60% split rear seatback. Refer to SEAT BACK, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Slide the rear seat armrest (1) off the pivot shaft (2).

If it is necessary to remove the armrest latch perform the following.
Remove the screw (1) and the latch cover (2).

Release the cover retainer (2) and expose the latch (1).
If necessary, remove the screws and the armrest latch.

If necessary to remove the armrest back panel (1b), remove the screws (1a).
Using a trim stick, release the retainers (2a) and remove.
