Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the decklid striker (1b) and install the bolts (1a) loosely.
  2. Align the striker using the marks made previously and tighten the decklid striker bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Adjust the decklid striker position as necessary to achieve proper decklid latch operation.
