Striker, Door Latch: Adjustments: Adjustment
- Check that the door opening seal (1) is not damaged along its entire perimeter, otherwise replace it. Refer to SEAL, DOOR OPENING, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Refer to, SEAL, DOOR OPENING, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- If necessary, loosen the bolts (2a) and move the striker (2b) to the correct position using the slotted bolt holes. The arrows indicate the possible movements for the adjustment.
- Tighten the bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Check that the striker and the door latch are correctly connected and that the alignment is correct with the door closed.
