Removal And Installation: Removal

1. Remove the air dam actuator. Refer to AIR DAM, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Refer to, AIR DAM, FRONT CROSSMEMBER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Remove the headlamp mounting crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, HEADLAMP MOUNTING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Remove the adaptive cruise control module bracket. Refer to MODULE, ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL (ACC), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Remove the horns. Refer to HORN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Remove the air duct (1b) screws (1a).
6. Remove air duct (1b) by releasing it from the boots (2a).
7. If necessary, remove the boots (2a).

INSTALLATION

1. If removed, install the boots (2a).
2. Position the air duct (1b) and engage with the boots.
3. Install the air duct bolts (1a).
4. Install the horns. Refer to HORN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Install the adaptive cruise control module bracket. Refer to MODULE, ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL (ACC), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
6. Install the headlamp mounting crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, HEADLAMP MOUNTING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
7. Install the air dam actuator. Refer to AIR DAM, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Refer to, AIR DAM, FRONT CROSSMEMBER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
