Removal And Installation: Heated: Installation

  1. Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. Refer to SEATS, FIRST ROW, WARNING .
  2. Position the seat cover (1b) onto the seat foam (1c) and install new hog rings (1a).

  3. Pull the cover (2) tight around the foam (1c).
  4. fasten the strap (1a).

  5. Position the seat cushion assembly (1a) onto the seat frame, routing the wire harness (1b) through the seat frame hole (1c)

  6. Clip the wire harness (6a).
  7. Fasten the J-hook (5a).
  8. Fasten the J-hook (4a).
  9. Fasten the pull strings (3a).
  10. Fasten the retainer strip (2a).
  11. Fasten the retainer strip (1a).
  12. Install the headrest sleeves. Refer to SLEEVE, HEADREST, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  13. Install the headrest.
  14. Install the front seat back. Refer to SEAT BACK, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  Refer to, SEAT BACK, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  15. Install the front seat back panel. Refer to PANEL, SEAT BACK, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
