Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Check that the guide (1a), and the drive cable (1b) are not damaged.
    NOTE:

    The drive cable must be clean and not lubricated.

  2. Position the guide (1a), inserting the cable (1b) into the tube(1c).
  3. Loosely install the screws (2a).
  4. Install the cable (1c) to the guide (1a) and install the screw (3a). Tighten securely.

  5. 1. Adjust the guide position (1a) with its plane (1b) parallel to the similar plane on the guide on the opposite side and spaced by the distance (A) of 703 + 1 mm. Once the position has been reached, tighten all the guide screws.
  6. Install the sunshade. Refer to SUNSHADE, SUNROOF, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  7. Install the sunshade motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF SHADE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  8. Install the sunroof motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  9. Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  10. Install the wind deflector. Refer to DEFLECTOR, WIND, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  11. Install the seal to the sliding guide.
  12. Install the front sunroof glass. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  Refer to, GLASS, SUNROOF, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
