Split Seatback: Installation

  1. Position the cover (1) onto the seat foam (3) and install new hog rings (2).
  2. Position the assembly onto the seatback frame (4).

  3. Install the back panel (3), then pull the cover tight and install the fastening strip (1) around the perimeter of the seatback.
  4. Install the pivot bracket and bolt (2). Tighten securely.
  5. Install the headrest guides and the headrest.
  6. If performing this on the 60% seatback, install the second row seat armrest.
  7. Install the split rear seatback. Refer to SEAT BACK, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
