Striker, Door Latch: Adjustments: Adjustment
- Check the front door alignment and adjust, if necessary. Refer to DOOR, ADJUSTMENTS .
- Check that the door housing seal (1) is not damaged along its entire perimeter, otherwise replace it.
- Check that door housing seal coupling (2a) is in the position indicated in the diagram.
- If necessary, loosen the bolts (3a) and move the striker (3b) to the correct position using the slotted bolt holes. The arrows indicate the possible movements for the adjustment.
- Tighten the bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Check that the striker and the door latch are correctly connected and that the alignment is correct with the door closed.
