Position the hood striker (1a) onto the hood and loosely install the nuts (1b).
Align the hood striker with the reference mark made previously and tighten the hood striker nuts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Verify the operation of the hood latch. Adjust if necessary. The striker (2b) is also adjustable using nuts (2c).
