LOW VOLTAGE PCM DTC
FUSED B(+) CIRCUIT HAS HIGH RESISTANCE
GROUND CIRCUIT HAS HIGH RESISTANCE
RADIO FREQUENCY HUB (RF HUB) MODULE

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding.  Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
