• Refer to Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting - No sound is heard from the speaker(s) (display is normal) (Without Navigation and Stereo Amplifier) , & Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting - No sound is heard from the speaker(s) (display is normal) (Without Navigation, With Stereo Amplifier) 

Also Check for

• Fader and balance positions
• Aftermarket amplifier or speakers
