Low Temperature Pressurized Coolant Bottle: Removal

  1. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the front bumper. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Drain the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .

  5. Remove the coolant supply hose (1) quick connector, reservoir side.

  6. Remove the degassing hose (1) quick connector.
  7. Remove the nut (2a), the screw (2b) and the turbocharger pressurized coolant bottle (2c).
