Cold environment conditions:
- Ambient temperature reading is below 0°C (32°F).
- Vehicle speed greater than 39 km/h (24 mph).
Hot environment conditions:
- Vehicle speed below 19.3 km/h (12 mph).
- Engine temperature reading is greater than 50.25°C (122.45°F).
