This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the ignition on.
Battery voltage above 10.4 volts.
No active Brake Pedal Position Sensor faults.
No active Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor DTCs.
Brake Pressure Sensor is within normal range of operation.
