Ht- LT Primary Radiators: Installation

  1. Install the pipe support bracket from the condenser to the intermediate fitting on the radiator in its housing and securely tighten the bolt.
  2. Install and engage the fan to the radiator.
  3. Working on both sides, engage the fan in the lower clip.
  4. Install the lower air duct onto the fan and securely tighten the bolts.
  5. Install the turbocharger air water cooling system radiator and engage the retaining clips.
  6. Install the radiator support flexible mounting.
  7. Install the complete engine coolant radiator and engage the lower pins in the support brackets.
  8. Install the inlet multi-way pipe to the turbocharger air water cooling system water pump, securely tighten the bolt and close the retaining clip.
  9. Working on both sides, install the radiator support mount bolts and securely tighten the bolts.
  10. Connect the cooling fan wire harness connector.
  11. Engage the wiring retainers.
  12. Connect the degassing hose to the turbocharger air water cooling system radiator and securely tighten the clamp.
  13. Connect the quick coupling of the turbocharger air water cooling system radiator water outlet hose.
  14. Connect the quick coupling of the radiator water outlet hose.
  15. Connect the quick coupling of the turbocharger air water cooling system radiator water supply hose.
  16. Connect the quick coupling of the water supply hose to the radiator.
  17. Install the A/C condenser. Refer to CONDENSER, A/C, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  18. Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM  .
  19. Fill the turbocharger cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE TURBOCHARGER COOLING SYSTEM  .
  20. Install the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  21. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, REAR SUSPENSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  22. Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  23. Connect the negative battery cable.
